Amanda Jiang (Actress · Producer )

Amanda Jiang

Amanda was born and raised in California, and she started acting at the age of 13. The first few years of her career were spent acting in theatre productions. She moved to the UK in 2015.

In 2019, she starred in Duty's Veil, a crime miniseries which won numerous awards in international film festivals. She portrayed Rebecca, an American detective with a dark past who moves to the UK for a fresh start.

In 2025, she starred in City of Masks, a feature film by Starmist Films. She portrayed Eve, a mysterious composer who seeks revenge on the director who silenced her voice, whilst falling in love with a rising star.

Enrico Tessarin (Producer · Writer)

Enrico Tessarin

Enrico Tessarin, an award-winning writer-producer with 20 years of experience working in Film, TV, documentary and branding work.

 

A graduate of London Film School and EAVE, after starting his career in music videos and advertising, Enrico has worked as a Producer/Line-producer/Co-producer through his own company Pinch Media on film and tv projects for Amazon, Universal, BBC, Al Jazeera and many others.

His work gathered an Emmy nomination, a United Nations award and many more recognitions from festivals all over the world. He is a visiting lecturer in Production at the Master in Producing run by Royal Holloway university since 2018.

He has previously taught at London Film Academy, Metropolitan Film School and many others. He is also the founder of online Film Community ‘Shorts2features’. ENT37 is his new solo company.

Swati Agarwal (Producer)

Swati Agarwal

Swati Agarwal is a UK-based Producer and storyteller whose work reflects a unique blend of global insight, creative instinct, and multifaceted professional experience. Born in Mumbai and now settled in London, she brings a rich multicultural perspective to every project. She holds a Master’s in Producing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode, where she graduated top of her class; an achievement that underscores the discipline and leadership she brings to her craft.

 

Her career in the entertainment industry began in the Asian market where she built a strong reputation as a Casting Director across ad films, branded content, web series, music videos, and digital campaigns.

She collaborated with notable Bollywood actors and prominent cricketing personalities, sharpening her understanding of character, chemistry, and authentic performance; a foundation that now deeply informs her producing voice.

Since relocating to London, Swati has expanded her work across a wide range of formats and genres. She has contributed to ten vertical dramas, one feature film, and multiple short films in different capacities working as an AD , a Line Producer and a Creative Producer while working closely with writers and directors to shape stories with clarity, emotional depth, and international resonance.

Her ability to navigate Indian, British, and global markets positions her as a dynamic, cross-cultural collaborator.

 

At the core of Swati’s work is a clear creative vision; she is committed to championing true stories and believes profoundly in the power of real narratives to move, challenge, and connect audiences. Yet her curiosity extends beyond fact-based work; she embraces any story that resonates instinctively guided by a belief that the best storytelling is honest, human, and emotionally grounded.

Varun Mahajan (Social Media Manager · Actor · Producer)

Varun Mahajan

Varun is a storyteller shaped by many stages — from late–night radio booths at Radio Mirchi and Radio One, to the buzz of college theatre, to building his own indie production banner in India, The Untitled Studios. His journey has always revolved around one thing: finding the heart of a story and making it shine.

 

A graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London, with an MA in Film and Production, Varun blends his creative intuition with a producer’s eye and an actor’s sensitivity.

 

At Starmist Films, he brings this mix to the digital front — crafting the studio’s online voice, shaping its visual presence, and making sure every post feels like a frame from a film.
